Fried green asparagus with scrambled eggs

Cook green asparagus deliciously with Alba oil
Ingredients for 4 servings:
800 g green asparagus
3 tbsp Alba oil
Salt, pepper and sugar
8 eggs
200 g cooked ham
Preparation:
Peel the lower third of the asparagus. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of Alba oil to a non-stick pan and fry the asparagus over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning frequently. At the end of the cooking time, the asparagus should be lightly browned and still have a bite. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Slice the ham and fry briefly over medium heat in 1 1/2 tablespoons of Alba oil. Then add the egg mixture and let it set over low heat, occasionally pushing it together from the outside in with a spatula. Then add a little salt.
Serve the still warm, fried asparagus with the scrambled eggs.
