Camping grill recipe
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, approx. 100 g each
2 tbsp oil
salt, pepper
4 tsp honey
4 tbsp mustard
1 tomato
8 slices of sandwich toast
4 lettuce leaves
Aluminum foil & grill tongs, bowl, kitchen knife, cutting board
Preparation:
To grill, place the salmon on a piece of aluminum foil, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place another piece of aluminum foil on top and press the two sheets together at the edges.
Place the parcel on the prepared grill and cook the salmon for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the heat of the grill).
Meanwhile, mix the honey and mustard well. Wash, clean, and slice the tomatoes.
Toast the toasts on the grill as desired.
Tear the salmon apart with two forks. Spread the honey mustard sauce on 4 slices of toast, top with lettuce and tomatoes, then arrange the salmon on top. Spread the sauce on the remaining toast and place on top.
In a pan , cook the salmon gently with a little oil over moderate heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
Or cook the salmon in the oven at 80°C for about 25 minutes.
