 Pyramidbageriet Spelt Knäcke is a Swedish crispbread with a long tradition. This mild, tasty crispbread is baked with time-honored grains such as spelt and barley. Spelt, also known as spelt, was harvested in Scandinavian countries as early as the Stone Age. It has a rich, rounded flavor. 
Pyramid Bagel Spelt Crispbread pairs particularly well with mild cheeses and pâtés. It's also very popular with herring, caviar, pickled fish, and all types of salmon.
 Pyramidbageriet is a small, environmentally conscious company whose crispbread is baked in pinewood-fired ovens. After baking, the bread is inspected, sorted, and hung to dry. The crispbread is air-dried using the heat of the oven—an ancient artisan tradition practiced and valued at Pyramidbageriet. This results in premium crispbread with excellent flavor.
Pyramid Bagel Ingredients: Wholegrain rye flour, wholegrain spelt flour, barley flour*, water, salt, yeast. Contains gluten. Store in a cool, dry place.
