This product is made from Finnish wool . The wool is mulesing-free , and we only work with certified spinning mills . The rich yellow color of the wool comes from coffee—it is dyed with Paulig's coffee production surpluses from Lappajärvi, Finland. All yarns are spun and dyed in Europe in accordance with the REACH regulation and are OEKO-TEX certified .

Lapuan Kankurit 's strategy is to be responsible for the entire production process, from yarn to finished product. The majority of production is carried out in its own weaving mill in Lapua.

Lapuan Kankurit weaves Nordic designs inspired by pure and raw nature. High-quality materials, durability, and respect for the environment are what distinguish the Finnish company. Today, Lapuan Kankurit is run by the fourth generation.
