Blåtand Cloudberry Jam is a high-quality jam made from Swedish cloudberries . Its flavor is intensely fruity and delicately tart. Cloudberries are considered one of Sweden's superberries and contain plenty of vitamin C. They are very sensitive to climates, grow only sparingly on moist peat soils, and require plenty of sun. Therefore, they thrive best in northern regions with long, bright summer days.
Picked individually by hand, these not overly sweet, wonderfully fragrant berries are a luxury ingredient on any gourmet table.
Blåtand's cloudberry jam is delicious as a spread on bread or to refine desserts and also goes perfectly with baked Camembert.
