Ralf Kaltenbach was born in Kaiserslautern in 1959. As a strategy expert for a global player, he has learned why strategies work or fail. He has spent 25 years working on every continent and is able to make comparisons. But Sweden has been his love since his student days. A new phase of life begins for everyone at 50+, and in his case, the family bought a holiday home in Sweden. It soon became clear that a strategy for more free time was urgently needed. His own strategy worked well, but the book aims to do more. It not only describes his own experiences with buying a house, but also presents as many options as possible for more free time. The goal is to motivate the reader to create their own strategy and to muster the courage to implement it.
