The elk salami is produced according to old salami tradition.

The elk meat used, with its distinctive gamey flavor and high protein content, is a real energy source. In addition to a fine blend of spices and herbs, black pepper also plays a role in the production process as a flavoring ingredient.
The result is a sophisticatedly seasoned game salami with a light pepper note.
The elk salami is produced in a small company with over 40 years of tradition in Götaland, southern Sweden. Here, great importance is placed on distinguishing itself from the usual market standards and the mass production of other manufacturers, producing game products of excellent quality.

Elk meat (38%), pork (30%), beef (19%), salt, dextrose, spices, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), flavorings, preservatives (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate).
100g is made from 130g of meat. Sausage casing is inedible. Storage: Store unopened at room temperature; open packages in the refrigerator.
