The Nordic art of hospitality:
Recipes and menus for social occasions, from summer barbecues to Christmas dinners

Cooking for guests in a relaxed atmosphere requires skill. In his new cookbook, Danish cult chef Mikkel Karstad invites you to the table and presents six menus for various occasions: a summer barbecue, a Sunday brunch, a family lunch, a birthday picnic, a dinner with friends, and a festive Christmas dinner.

The 70 delicious recipes are perfect for larger gatherings and range from grilled zucchini with ricotta and tarragon, buttermilk wild herb focaccia, and chickpea tagine with coconut milk and mint to mascarpone apricot cake, raspberry lemonade, and blackberry gin and tonic. Valuable professional tips for menu planning and preparation are also included. Beautifully presented with atmospheric photographs, this special cookbook tells the story of how to create precious memories around the table with family and friends – with minimal effort and maximum enjoyment.

A particularly high-quality book, designed in a chic Nordic design and featuring a natural paper cover and bronze embossing.
