In addition to trips to Iceland, Latvia, and Lithuania, he also appreciates the delights of the South—especially Italy, France, and Croatia. Christian Nowak enjoys looking behind the scenes and seeking the extraordinary in the inconspicuous. Together with colleagues, he runs the online portal weltreisejournal.de.

Rasso Knoller , born in 1959, is a German journalist and author. He has written over 100 books, including numerous travel guides and feature articles. Knoller lives in Berlin and works as a freelance author.
