Professional nature photographer Robert Haasmann focuses his images on landscapes, wildlife, and travel. Born in Salzburg in 1982, he has received numerous international awards for his photographic work. Local nature is just as much a focus of his work as projects around the world. His extensive travels usually take him to the far north, where he has visited large parts of Scandinavia, Alaska, Canada, and Greenland many times. Through his company "Die Naturfotowerkstatt," he shares his photographic knowledge in workshops and photo tours. Since 2015, he has been working on a multimedia project about brown bears in Central Europe and presents his images in lectures and in his book "Among Wild Bears," published in spring 2019. His latest illustrated book about Norway will be published in spring 2023.
